This groin guard has no cup pocket, the cup is attached to the waistband for ease of use.
This also makes it easier and quicker to put on and adjust, as it is already set up almost perfectly.
The elastic band attached to the bottom of the cup pulls it back and prevents the cup from twisting or slipping during fast movements.
